    • PacStar’s phone service is available 24×7, 365 days a year. A PacStar support engineer will respond to your support request within a time frame that is based on the call’s severity level.
    • For our U.S. DoD customers, our PacStar toll-free number is available world-wide via DSN – enabling you to contact PacStar support where ever you have DSN access.
  • By Email: To submit a support request via email, send your request to TechSupport@pacstar.com
    • Certain PacStar products and technical data are subject to export control under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR); do not submit ITAR controlled or confidential information via the email or Web submission processes.
    • PacStar monitors Web and email support requests 24×7, 365 days a year. A PacStar support engineer will respond to your support request within a time frame that is based on the support request’s severity level.
