Recognized For Its Achievements in the Federal Space at Aruba’s 2013 Americas Partner Summit

Portland, OR — April 5, 2013 – PacStar®, a leading developer and reseller of advanced communications solutions, announced that it has been named Federal Partner of the Year by Aruba Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ:ARUN), a leading provider of next-generation network access solutions. PacStar was recognized during an awards ceremony held at Aruba Networks’ 2013 Americas Partner Summit in Las Vegas, NV, March 11-12.

PacStar was honored by Aruba for its achievements in sales, expertise in delivering Aruba solutions and excellence in customer service. Through this partnership, PacStar helped the Department of Defense (DoD) transition into the wireless Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) architecture.

PacStar is a valued member of Aruba’s PartnerEdge program which was launched in September 2007 and now totals more than 900 value-added resellers (VARs) in its membership, with more than 2,100 Aruba technical certifications achieved by partner engineers since the program started. In a span of a year, PacStar increased Aruba revenue by 35%, while also adding a number of sales and engineering certifications to manage new and existing projects.
