COTS-based Tactical & Deployable Field Communications Solutions
PacStar develops tactical and deployable communications solutions for common requirements and offers them commercially to the broader market, either as standalone products or fully-networked units. PacStar 2000-series products are typically mounted in “19 inch rack-mount” rugged transit cases, with PacStar mechanical integration for power, cooling, and cabling. PacStar’s communications solutions offer the flexibility of COTS equipment, with enhancements, integration and QA by PacStar – ensuring maximum performance and reliability. The 2000-series includes routing, switching, voice/collaboration, video/VTC, computing, storage, wireless, RoIP, and security/IA/HAIPE solutions and IQ-Core Software.
Select PacStar 2000-series products are managed with IQ-Core Software, an advanced management software package that simplifies and secures complex communications systems.

PacStar 2020 Scalable Modular Command Post
The PacStar 2020 is the most advanced, capability-rich, modular solution meeting scalable command post requirements in the smallest possible overall form-factor. The PacStar 2020’s extensive utilization of modular COTS equipment is proven in the field and is available for commercial/enterprise and homeland security, disaster recovery and COOP requirements. The PacStar 2020 enables access to multiple simultaneous networks (such as SIPRNet/NIPRNet and Coalition networks) while providing a flexible architecture that supports WIN-T Inc 1, WIN-T Inc 1b or WIN-T Inc 2 compatibility.
- Simultaneous classified/unclassified, multiple network access provided by core Cisco 2951 Series Integrated Services Router (ISR) and Cisco Catalyst 3560 Series switches
- Proven Cisco IPSec VPN for secure colorless core access, or secret-over-unclass architectures; the Cisco 2951 is NIST FIPS 140-2 certified
- Network information assurance and IPS via Cisco ASA 5500-series firewalls
- Local call/session control via Cisco Unified Communications Manager 8.6

PacStar 2010 SIPR / NIPR Baseband Node (SNBN)
The PacStar 2010 provides converged network services for SIPR over NIPR architectures, or colorless core architectures, and is compatible with US DoD networks. PacStar has delivered hundreds of PacStar 2010 systems in-theater, and is willing to customize the configuration to meet your needs.
