PacStar 4000-Series

Tactical, Rugged, Communication Packages

The PacStar 4000-series products are based upon Cisco routers that are part of a converged voice and data solution that connects via LAN or satellite and uses Voice over IP (VoIP) or analog phones.  The 4000-series products provide full PBX (Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express) and network functionality. Each system consists of two cases that meet airline carry-on rules, and which are tested to MIL-STD-810F vibration, shock, and environmental standards. The 4000-series products are managed by PacStar’s IQ-Core Software.

IQ-Core™ Software-enabled

The PacStar 4000-series is powered by PacStar's IQ-Core Software. This network management software uses wizards and management pages to manage the telephony, network, and bandwidth options for the system.

IQ-Core Software is integrated into the PacStar 4000-series and is designed to enable non-technical personnel to learn the systems quickly, thus reducing manpower and training requirements.

IQ-Core Software simplifies system setup and management, protects the system from misconfiguration by preventing many operator errors, and reduces training and support requirements.
